As a human resources (HR) director, my job is to oversee the HR functions in this organization, including recruiting, hiring, training, and development of employees. This involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. I am also responsible for administering employee benefits, managing payroll and employee records, and conducting performance evaluations. In addition, I am involved in strategic planning and decision-making for the organization, and serving as a resource for employees on HR-related matters.
